Meal Plan Week 2

Ahhh..the best laid plans. I don’t know how all of the blog mavens out in the internets have families, jobs and still manage a regular posting schedule. There must be a trick I haven’t figured out yet. Or the don’t like sleeping.

I love sleeping.

Anywho, this post is a week late but dammit – I’m slapping it up anyway because even though these meals already happened in my life..it doesn’t mean that you don’t want them to happen in your life. And believe me..some of them you want in your life..(fish tacos…*drool* so good).

So here we go!

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: Pumpkin Waffles – from a mix available at Trader Joes
  • Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches-  whole wheat bread, turkey lunch meat, goat cheese brie (what!? Did not know this existed! yum!) and mixed greens.
  • Dinner: Eating out at Campo Di Bocce

Sunday:

  • Breakfast: Starbucks Breakfast (try the Flat White – so good)
  • Lunch: PB&J (don’t judge)
  • Dinner: Chinese Food while we watch the Golden Globes

Monday:

  • Breakfast: Raspberry Protein Smoothie
  • Lunch: Chicken and Spinach Salad with THE BEST DRESSING EVER
  • Dinner: Grilled Fish Tacos

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: Almond Smoothie
  • Lunch: Avocado and Salsa Veggie Burger
  • Dinner: Chicken in Foil

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast: Raspberry Protein Smoothie
  • Lunch: Chicken and Spinach Salad
  • Dinner: Roasted Halibut and Quinoa

Thursday:

  • Breakfast: Almond Smoothie
  • Lunch: Mr. Pickles Sandwiches catered by work
  • Dinner:Steak and Artichoke Heart Salad

Friday:

  • Breakfast: Morning Delight Smoothie
  • Lunch: Avocado and Salsa Veggie Burger
  • Dinner: Eating at Book Club!

I know know..where are all the recipes Sarah!? My bad..most of the things I planned this week are easy meals that I just threw together. Really..there names say it all. I will try to slowly ad these recipes..Goals. Good to have them.
