Whole 30 Meal Plan – Week 3

This Whole30 is going by fast! I just looked up early today and realized – I’m more than half way through! Is that possible?! And without a single Girl Scout cookie!? Holy moly!

I gotta say. The sickness helped. Without the ability to taste sugar has no hold over me. HA! Take that sugar. Who needs you. Or perhaps I am past the point of cravings! Only time will time. Time and another week of scrumptious whole foods.

What’s on the menu this week-

Saturday:

  • Breakfast- Eggs, breakfast sausage and cuties
  • Lunch- Leftover broccoli soup (frozen from week 1) and roasted chicken pieces – This soup froze really well, which was nice since it made a TON.
  • Dinner-Roasted Chicken and sautéed zucchini

Sunday:

  • Breakfast-Sweet Potato Hash and breakfast sausage
  • Lunch-Chicken Salad
  • Dinner-Paleo Sweet Potato Chili – I couldn’t find a clean label beef broth but I could find mushroom broth – used it and it’s delish!

Monday:

  • Breakfast- Sweet potato hash and breakfast sausage
  • Lunch- Leftover Chili
  • Dinner- Creamy chicken salad – homemade mayo, chicken pieces, avocado pieces, salt, pepper and fresh tarragon mixed in a bowl and then served on top of greens with roasted pecans

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast- Monkey Salad and a coconut milk latte
  • Lunch-Tuna Salad- mayo, canned tuna, chopped celery, chopped pecans, salt and pepper served on mixed greens
  • Dinner- Burrito Salad

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast- Monkey salad and a coconut milk latte
  • Lunch- Tuna salad
  • Dinner-Burrito Salad (I know- two days of the same food- my husband is traveling this week and I got a little lazy..)

Thursday:

  • Breakfast- Sweet potato hash and breakfast sausage
  • Lunch- Leftover sweet potato chili
  • Dinner- Thai Coconut Soup

Friday:

  • Breakfast: Skillet Eggs and cuties
  • Lunch- Leftover soup
  • Dinner- More left over soup
