Whole30 Diary – Day 18

Breakfast is getting hard. I want toast smothered in peanut butter and dipped in honey..with cinnamon sugar.

I don’t want eggs.

Or meat.

Or eggs.

Does anyone else have problems with consuming large amounts of protein early in the morning? I feel like my stomach isn’t awake yet and here I am hitting it with ground beef. I just can’t get into it.

But I have been digging the sweet potato hash. And, I can happily say, it reheats well. Make a big batch at the start of the week than each day you can throw a portion in a pan with some gee and crisp it up. So that’s nice.

But I miss toast. And peanut butter.
